The Armand 14K White Gold Geometric Band

At Heritage Gold Co., we take special care in preparing every piece for its journey to you.

Fine jewelry deserves more than ordinary fulfillment. Before shipment, each order may be inspected, prepared, and carefully packaged so that your piece arrives ready to become part of your story—and, we hope, your heritage.

ORDER PROCESSING

Customers receive their orders within 4–10 business days after order confirmation, including processing and transit.
Processing times vary depending on the item.

Specially Sourced or Prepared Pieces

Certain pieces may require additional preparation or sourcing before shipment.

These orders generally arrive within approximately 4–10 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipment has been created.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

For the security of every Heritage Gold Co. order, all shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Packages will not be intentionally released without the required signature. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the delivery address.

Carrier delivery procedures may vary, and additional delivery attempts or pickup instructions may be provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Returns

To request a return, email heritageg0ldc00@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Return authorization is required before shipping. Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after receiving authorization and shipping instructions. Final-sale exclusions apply.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions and instructions.

DAMAGED PACKAGES AT DELIVERY

Please inspect the exterior of your package before accepting delivery whenever possible.

If the package appears to be opened, crushed, torn, punctured, wet, resealed, or otherwise visibly damaged, we strongly recommend that you:

• Refuse delivery of the package
• Take clear photographs of the damaged package whenever safely possible
• Do not open or alter the package
• Contact Heritage Gold Co. promptly at heritageg0ldc00@gmail.com
• Provide your order number, photographs, and any available carrier information

This documentation may be required for us to investigate the shipment and submit an insurance or carrier claim.

If damage is discovered only after delivery, please preserve the merchandise, shipping box, labels, packaging materials, and all contents exactly as received and contact us as soon as possible.

HIGH-VALUE JEWELRY

Because Heritage Gold Co. specializes in fine jewelry, our shipments may include enhanced security measures such as:

• Shipping insurance
• Full tracking
• Signature confirmation
• Additional carrier security procedures when appropriate

These measures are designed to protect your purchase from the moment it leaves our care until delivery is completed.
