Customers receive their orders within 4–10 business days after order confirmation, including processing and transit.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Items currently available in our inventory generally ship within 2–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

Packages will not be intentionally released without the required signature. Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive and sign for the shipment at the delivery address.

Returns

To request a return, email heritageg0ldc00@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.

Return authorization is required before shipping. Authorized returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days after receiving authorization and shipping instructions. Final-sale exclusions apply.

DAMAGED PACKAGES AT DELIVERY

Please inspect the exterior of your package before accepting delivery whenever possible.

If the package appears to be opened, crushed, torn, punctured, wet, resealed, or otherwise visibly damaged, we strongly recommend that you:

• Refuse delivery of the package
• Take clear photographs of the damaged package whenever safely possible
• Do not open or alter the package

• Provide your order number, photographs, and any available carrier information

This documentation may be required for us to investigate the shipment and submit an insurance or carrier claim.

If damage is discovered only after delivery, please preserve the merchandise, shipping box, labels, packaging materials, and all contents exactly as received and contact us as soon as possible.
